Any work supplied to a client is governed by the agreed scope, price, payment terms and service terms communicated before work begins.

Third-party services

Booking platforms, hosting, advertising platforms, analytics tools and other third-party services may have their own terms, fees and availability. These are not automatically included in LOOQALLY's professional fees unless expressly agreed.

Results

LOOQALLY does not guarantee specific search rankings, call volumes, bookings, revenue or advertising performance. Results depend on factors including demand, location, competition, customer behaviour and third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, LOOQALLY retains rights in its own templates, processes and materials. Client ownership and licence arrangements should be stated in the applicable client agreement.
